1. Services Provided

1.1 First Source Auto provides auto transportation and logistics services across the United States.
1.2 We act as a transportation broker, connecting customers with licensed and insured carriers to facilitate vehicle shipments.
1.3 We do not own or operate transport trucks; all vehicle shipments are handled by third-party carriers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Quotes & Pricing

• All transportation quotes are based on current market conditions and may change due to fuel costs, route availability, or carrier demand.
• Prices are not final until a carrier has been assigned.

2.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit or full payment may be required before shipment.
• We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers].
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of service.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made before a carrier is assigned are eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees.
• Once a carrier has been assigned, cancellation fees may apply.

3. Vehicle Transportation & Delivery

3.1 Pickup & Delivery Estimates

• All pickup and delivery times are estimated and subject to change due to weather, traffic, and carrier availability.
• We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

3.2 Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• Customers must ensure their vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise agreed upon.
• A pre-transport inspection report will be completed before loading and again at delivery.
• Any damage claims must be documented at delivery and reported immediately.

3.3 Personal Items & Liability

• Vehicles should not contain personal belongings, as carriers are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• We are not liable for mechanical failures, leaks, or damages unrelated to transport.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
4.2 Customers must be present (or have an authorized representative) at pickup and delivery.
4.3 If a vehicle is inaccessible or not ready for pickup, additional fees may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 First Source Auto acts as a broker and is not responsible for damages caused by third-party carriers.
5.2 We are not liable for delays, weather-related issues, theft, or unforeseen circumstances affecting transportation.
5.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the transport service.

6. Insurance & Claims

6.1 All vehicles are covered by the carrier’s insurance while in transit.
6.2 Any damage claims must be filed with the carrier’s insurance provider directly.
6.3 First Source Auto will assist in the claims process but is not responsible for claim outcomes.

7. Prohibited Vehicles & Restrictions

7.1 We do not transport vehicles with hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal substances.
7.2 Customers must notify us if a vehicle has special modifications, oversized dimensions, or unique transport requirements.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 First Source Auto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
8.2 Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
