We Pick Up Your Vehicle
Ahead of Pickup: Get Your Vehicle(s) Ready
We ask that your vehicle(s) are free of valuables and other personal items. This not only ensures their safety, but also allows us access to your driver’s seat—and a clear view—upon pickup and delivery.
Any Time Before Pickup: Call with Questions or Changes
Did something change with your delivery? Give us a call if you have any questions ahead of your scheduled pickup, including any specifics about pickup (e.g., tight roads and driveways).
24-Hours Before Pickup: Confirmation Call
We’ll give you a call a day before our scheduled pickup date to walk through final details and answer any remaining questions you have.

You Receive Your Vehicle

We use a state-of-the-art transport management system that ensures our auto transport is completed to your needs. This system tracks, monitors, and optimizes our operations. Final Vehicle Inspection
After we’ve dropped off your vehicle at its destination, our First Source Auto transport expert will do a final vehicle inspection. After we’ve completed your inspection, you’ll be asked to confirm the details of the inspection.
